Honing Tubes

European Special Alloys W.L.L. specializes in high-quality cold-drawn seamless honing tubes, ideal for hydraulic cylinders and other precision applications. Manufactured from premium St52 BK+S (E355 SR) steel, our tubes undergo stress-relief heat treatment post-cold drawing to ensure dimensional stability and uniformity.

We offer two types of honing tubes:

• Ready for Honing Tubes: Inner diameter tolerance of -0.2 mm to -0.3 mm.
• Ready for Burnishing Tubes: Inner diameter tolerance of -0.6 mm to -0.9 mm.

All tubes are cold drawn, heat-treated, and straightened to a maximum deviation of 1 mm per meter, ensuring high precision and quality.

• Circuits Pipes for Oil Transfer: Manufactured from St37.4 seamless steel tubes, normalized after cold drawing for easy bending without cracking. Available in various sizes ranging from 6x1 mm to 42x3 mm.
